Processing Time
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging will be completed, and all orders will be sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after payment is confirmed.

Standard Insured Shipping
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will send a free replacement upon receipt of valid proof.
Priority Insured Shipping
Your order is prioritized in daily production queues. Delivery time may be similar to standard shipping depending on order volume; the package is also fully insured.

- Tracking numbers may take several days to one week to update. You can track your order via third-party platforms such as 17track.net.
- Delivery times may be extended for certain countries or during peak order volumes. We will prioritize speed without compromising product quality.
Order Changes
To modify your order, please email support@qupast.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped. Please double-check your size and color selection before ordering.
