How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Email us at support@qupast.com as soon as possible.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're sorry if that happens! Please email us with your order number and a photo of the item within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Qupast ships to pet families around the world. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

I didn't receive a reply — what should I do?
